Our organic chai teA iS a blend of traditional indian spices with malty whole leaf assam.

We harvest the tea at just the right moment to capture its rich, delicious flavour, then infuse it with organic honey. Drinking our chai clears the mind and balances the body.

HOW TO BREW OUR ORGANIC STICKY CHAI

1. Add 1/4 water and 3/4 milk to a small saucepan and bring to the boil.

2. Add 2 heaped teaspoons (approx 20g) of chai to the pan, simmer and stir.

3. Brew for 4 minutes, whisk for froth and strain into a mug.

4. Grate nutmeg and/or cinnamon on top for an extra kick.

5. Sit in a comfortable chair and relax.

3 | DETAILS OF BLEND INGREDIENTS & SOURCE

Our Sticky Chai blends the whole leaf and broken Pekoe Assam tea, with a variety of traditional spices which include cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger, star anise and black peppercorns. It is then mixed by hand, where it is coated with a generous amount of organic honey, which comes from the east Indian forests of Odisha.
