We harvest the tea at just the right moment to capture its rich, delicious flavour, then infuse it with organic honey. Drinking our chai clears the mind and balances the body.
1. Add 1/4 water and 3/4 milk to a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Add 2 heaped teaspoons (approx 20g) of chai to the pan, simmer and stir.
3. Brew for 4 minutes, whisk for froth and strain into a mug.
4. Grate nutmeg and/or cinnamon on top for an extra kick.
5. Sit in a comfortable chair and relax.
