Shipping Information
We ship daily whenever possible and aim to process your order within 24 hours.
After this, your parcel will be dispatched by Australia Post or Courier if required.
We choose to partner with Australia Post as they deliver to all addresses including PO Boxes and provide the most cost efficient service.
We charge shipping based on weight and volume of the parcel rather than a flat fee. This is because our products vary so much in weight and size. Please refer to Australia Post shipping costs for reference as this cost is simply passed on to directly to you without any margin.

Please note that working days for The Organic Tea Project are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE
Whilst the vast majority of the parcels we send reach their destinations within the usual delivery times, we know that occasionally parcels get delayed or go missing.
We also know that with covid restrictions and severe weather events happening across the country our postal system is stretched. Please bear with us as we manage through this together and with our couriers.
First thing we ask is that you check the tracking number that you would have been emailed from us. You can check this here: https://auspost.com.au/receiving
If after 10 working days from placing your order you have not heard from us and you are concerned, please get in touch and we will happily investigate.
