We want you to love your tea. If something’s not right, here’s what to do:

• Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@theorganicteaproject.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

• Change of mind: As we sell food products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind once an item has been opened. If the product is unopened, please contact us to discuss your options.

• Return postage: If the return is due to our error or a damaged item, we’ll cover the cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at your expense.

We reserve the right to assess each return case by case and may request proof of purchase or product condition.
